1. Commission Process

All Kazlara bags are made-to-order by commission. By submitting a commission enquiry, you express interest in having a piece created for you. A commission is only confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit and written confirmation from our atelier team.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
A 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your piece.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Prices for bespoke commissions may vary based on customization requirements.

3. Crafting Timeline

Each piece requires 6-10 weeks of handcrafting depending on complexity. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the process. Rush orders are not available as we do not compromise on quality.

4. Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations are handled as follows:

Before crafting begins: Full deposit refund minus 10% administrative fee.
After crafting has begun: Deposits are non-refundable as materials have been sourced and work has commenced.
Completed pieces: All sales are final once the piece has been delivered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every commission. All pieces are shipped via insured courier with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3-7 business days after completion). Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Lifetime Care

Every Kazlara piece comes with lifetime care including complimentary cleaning, minor repairs for normal wear, and professional restoration services. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under our complimentary care program but may be repaired at cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and content on this website are the property of Kazlara. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited. Each commissioned piece is a unique work of art and remains an original Kazlara creation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
